as mentioned before, slim & i went paleo on january 1st,
but our 30 day super strict challenge started yesterday, january 15.

we did baseline workouts at cfsq, here's my stats...
bench press, deadlifts, mile run, sandbag get-ups
& overhead medicine ball throw.

wow girl props for doing the sand bag get ups.... i have a problem getting back up from those... it never really works out.
