eleanor (who used to paint & re-paint her nails almost everyday

when we were in college) gave me the appreciation for a fine manicure.

lately, thanks to pinterest i've been obsessed with funky designs and 

creative, colorful nails.

my fabulous cori surprised me with a bunch of cool

nail colors that have the fine tip to allow for creating designs.

the avengers.

wow. 

i really enjoyed the avengers movie.

it was exciting and funny and really enjoyable.

i went in not really knowing anything about any of

the characters nor have i seen any of their separate films.

my dad tried to explain a little to me during the movie which was

ridiculous because my father is incapable of whispering.

captain america & the hulk are tied for my favorite super hero.

i think iron man is cool & really funny and thor's accent is just divine.

hawkeye & the black widow were total bad-asses & kept up with

 the others even without crazy exposure, funky suits & anger problems. 

now i want to see (in order): 

captain america, thor, iron man & the hulk.

 for some good ole fashion r&r.

we also took the opportunity to take advantage of the

beauty of the farm, downtown hawkinsville & the sunset

to work on our photography & set decorating skills.

"the filthy 50"

a lot of people are reading 50 shades of grey.

our tuesday wod was the filthy 50.

i think there's something equally as filthy about both.

the filthy 50 consists of

50 reps of each movement:

box jumps

jumping pull ups

kettlebell swings

walking lunges

knees to elbows

push press

back extensions

wall ball shots

burpees

double unders.

the dirty dream team.

yours truly struggling through double unders..
