y'all, we got our pop up camper!

after too many hours spent on craigslist

slim finally found the pop up camper of our

dreams!

rory was stoked- as you can tell!

it's so compact!

right now it's living in our driveway,

but if you or someone you know has an open

space in a garage or something

please let us know- we're looking for

a better parking place!

here she is popped up in all her glory.

it's a 2006 fleetwood cheyenne.

homegirl can sleep like 10 people!

there's a lot to be done interior

redecorating wise, and i've got

great ideas for new curtains & upholstery.

i've been obsessed with

the pop up princess 

and all the renovations she shares.

lea, my dad & i saw CHER last night!

it was the most exciting show i've ever seen.

our seats were way way up, but it

didn't matter! there was a lot of photos & videos

of cher's career & it was just perfect!

she sang some sonny & cher songs,

with sonny singing along from old footage,

you might be thinking cheesy? yes, but fab.

cher's dancers were ridiculous & nonstop.

also, cyndi lauper opened & she was great!

she did all the music for the new broadway show

With a degree in Social Work and a plethora of  nonprofit and volunteer experience,  Lea is now transitioning from Camp Horizon's Outings Coordinator  to our full-time Program Director! She will manage all Camp Horizon  programs including Summer Camp, Leadership Development Program (LDP),  Camp Horizon Adult Mentoring Program (CHAMPs)  and our Year-Round Outings. slim & i went out last weekend & caught up

& jared was at the farm. we missed both of them

i had a prosecco slurpee. raf had a run & coke slurpee. 

it was SO delicious- but filled with sugar

& i had a tummy ache for hours.

she hit a big PR on her deadlift.

the baby is following her older sister's tradition of

partaking in the life-changing birthright trip to israel. 

cara and i both went when we were in college and

had an amazing time exploring the holy land!
