wicked nice city.
jimbo & i explored boston for 2 days.
while exploring the north end we found a fabulous farmer's market!
every window had a flower box blossoming with red roses- very cheery.
i attempted ah thick bostonian accent all day- jim loved it.
mighty nice catch, if i do say so myself!
the old buildings wah breathtaking.
i felt like we were in a (super chic) history book.
this is the trinity episcopalian church.
we visited on a sunday and got to walk through during the service.
it was huge and under construction, really cool and spiritual.
i loved this dentist's window sign.
*i always like to say "be yourself & you'll always be in style".
those flowers were so tall and smushy.
the cannoli was delicious and extremely messy to eat-.
we went to a beautiful sunny park and devoured both!
charlie & claire.
we had a super fun time in boston
with our beautiful niece claire & spunky cutie pie nephew charlie.
claire loves to cheese! for the camera.
charlie does not cheese! for the camera.
we went to the science museum and learned about
weather, dinosaurs, electricity & random collections
*my favorite collection was garden gnomes-duh!
after we got home from a fabulous day at the museum,
claire sat on me and let me know that she had just pooped!
*she can get away with anything with the smile!! she is tooooooo cute:)

i.loved.everything.about.rhode.island.
the water, the boats, the paint colors, the buildings, the shopping= everything!
the streets were filled with colorful houses & shops in vibrant shades.
dockin it up.
whale of a wedding in rhode island
jim's college roomie rob married his sweetheart nadine this weekend
and we were lucky enough to witness it!
nadine was stunning. she wore her mom's wedding gown.
it originally had long lace sleeves & nadine made it her own with thin straps.
the train was all lace and the bodice had such delicate lace flowers
and i could just go on 4ever about this dress!
here's what i wore.
p.s. i'm fighting the urge to put on my wedding dress right now.
rob's family owns this house where the reception was held.
it was so old and fabulous and shabby and amazing.
whale tail brew & sailboat love cocktail napkins- just so very perfect.
as rob's aunt would say: "not a shabby view, ehh?!"
cupcakes for dessert w/ vegan & gluten friendly varieties!
raffy + b= :)
just had to share my bff kathryn's action shot of b proposing in italy.
i get goosebumps every time i see it!

marietta square.
we spend a lot of time in and around the marietta square.
we love the marietta pizza company, the saturday a.m. farmer's market & the strand theater & all the little shops (some have pyrex every now & then!).
here's a few pics of the old square.
jim can seriously walk the track without falling off.
i fall off a lot, but i always get back on!
i love the lights that track the buildings.
aunt rhonda came to visit & we took her to the square.
sister love.

no respect.
just wanted to give a shout-out to the late, great rodney dangerfield.
back to school & easy money were some of our favorites when we were kids.
*yea- they were totally not kid movies, but we loved every inappropriate second of them.
"i met the surgeon general- he offered me a cigarette"
"i tell you, with my doctor, i don't get no respect.
i told him, "i've swallowed a bottle of sleeping pills".
he told me to have a few drinks and get some rest"
"my wife and i were happy for 20 years. then we met"

2nd night of phish in alpharetta
a bright green mess of funk.

*thanks to jimbo for creating the distraction!
runaway jim and matt (pops to be)
jess & i among lawnboys.
the mc's are expecting a baby on june 30!
it rained. it thundered.
there was lightning & hail.
the boys took a quick 40 minute rain-break and came back out.
my 2nd night top pick jams:
suzy greenberg, tweezer + reprise, back on the train
army of one, gotta jibboo, hood & the birdwatcher (with giggles).
phabulous.
