the crossfit games open has been fun.
the 2nd workout was very challenging.
i set my goal & met it, but i wish i was able to do more.
workout 2 was: as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
snatches!
30 snatches (m 75/ f 45lb)
30 snatches (m 135/ f 75lb)
30 snatches (m165/ f 100lb)
max rep snatches (m 210/ f 120lb)
the athlete must complete all reps at the first weight
before advancing to the next weight.
score is total reps completed in 10min.

as part of my warm up i like to douse myself in chalk
and use it as war paint.
45lb set up. wide grip & covered thumbs.
and i did 30 snatches.

morgan got a bunch of 100lb snatches-..
but then forgot to record her score:(
greg's snatches got nothing on his tube socks.
greg did a really, really good job.
ivy is absolutely amazing...
