happy birthday to our beautiful new 8 pound nephew, james!

trail-a-bike.

sue & owen are a fierce twosome on the road!

checkout the sweet trail-a-bike they got.

they road 11 miles last weekend & did a few laps

around the neighborhood last night!

uncle jimbo took it for a ride too.

matt & sue made these amazing frames with

a cork-board, a dry erase board & a chalk board

for their garage. they made everything from scratch.

slim & i are going over for a tutorial soon!

those buckerts make both gorgeous babies & crafts!

4th of july.

we spent the 4th of july with the hasbroucks & buckerts.

lil' oliver is getting so big.

he's pulling up and exploring nonstop.

he's looking more like boot & slim everyday!

the buckert's do sparklers.

owen loved the sparklers.

we also played with water balloons, bubbles

and owen gave his aunt sarah a stern warning about smoking.

it's been a very festive holiday season.

hanukkah was great, and my mom killed it in the latke dept.

i celebrate christmas with jim & his family and it's always really

nice and exciting and filled with family goodness & love.

i started off my winter vaca with a hardcore

crossfit partner workout on xmas eve.

*my 1st time @crossfit without slim...independent woman!

owen's baby brother has arrived.

oliver came into the world today, september 15, 2011

weighing in at 8 1/2lbs & 21 inches long.

 

oliver's uncle & aunt couldn't be prouder or more excited.

 i painted my nails red just for oliver!

he slept a lot. 

he is so, so sweet & tiny.

 oliver's first monogrammed item...more to come soon.

 oliver is a burping champ- matthew is too!

today was a great day.

the wind had a calm breeze & the evening brought a slight chill.

we can't wait to tell oliver all about the day he was born

and how perfect it was.

oliver is a handsome & healthy baby boy.

we love him so much already!
