our handsome old boy, mr. jack.

jack is a german short haired pointer (gsp).

he's 7 years old & loves carrots.

and has the energy of a crazy puppy.

we love him very much.

moma, jack & lady always get crazy around 5...

just a reminder: sweet lady is still looking for her forever home.

she has come so far and is so sweet. 

we seriously would just keep her, but we just can't.

 our house & checkbook aren't big enough for 3 dogs.

please help us find lady a loving family for our sweet girl.

i got a new video app for my phone, 8 mm.

i love anything old- and this makes all different types

of old school looking videos...

here's a quick one of our sweet moma girl in the 1920's lens.

have i mentioned that lea joined crossfit!!

i videoed her baseline workout- she killed it!

here she is rowing 500 meters.

and here she is busting out her 20 pushups.

the workout also includes:

40 box squats, 30 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups.

 and she finished, making great time!

happy birthday baby

our sweet moma girl turned one on november 15th.

the day we adopted her, our hearts and lives were brightened & happy

filled with love, licks and cuddles & we quickly learned to forgive...

r.i.p chacos, toms, tevas, tv remotes, yoga mats, other nice stuff...

i digress- anyways, happy birthday moma, we love u a lot.

fabric fanatic.

i'm obsessed with creating fabric flowers.

once i learned how- i've been producing non-stop.

*i recently ran out of hot glue gun sticks- so, my production has slowed.

 i made these for some wreaths...

this wreath is a pool noodle, cut and covered in burlap

*same burlap used as the table coverings at our wedding!

i bought this wreath at michael's (w/ coupon: $2.98!)

and added my fab flowers for a spicy touch!
