my friend eleanor loves weddings.
when i met her during our freshman year of college
she was already planning her wedding.
her wedding this weekend was absolutely perfect.
slim & i traveled up to elly's hometown of
snazzzzzy new bern north carolina.

i had a delicious salmon salad w/ goat cheese & beets
and about a gallon of mimosa.

everytime i see this i hear elly's voice saying:
this is going to be the best day ever or you only get married once!

we stayed with elly's family friends, the davis's & this is lucy!

breakfast at persimmons w/ a killer view.
new bern is very proud of its mascot- the bear!
