i just signed up for the crossfit games.
the open is february 22- march 25.
there's a weekly workout posted on the main website and
team cfsq is going to workout on saturday mornings.
you have to have someone watch you and count reps or no-reps,
then they record your score online and you can see how you
stack up to athletes doing the same workout all over the world.
workout 1:
complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
burpees.
