some of you might remember our brown guest room

(previously ben's room, now affectionately known as lea's room)

after about 4 months of hardcore deciding (or laziness) between

antique white, breathless pink & mint green

we finally decided to go with essential gray w/ panda white trim.

the finished product with the bad-ass ikea frame we scored for $89.

sometimes it looks gray, sometimes sorta purple.

i love it!

hurricane laila.

laila & i met during our grad school internships at jf&cs.

we shared the intern office, treats and secrets.

laila and i became roomies with dr. suk on euclid avenue.

i miss laila. she lives in cali & has been sick.

let's all send her good&healthy&happy&strong vibes.

laila was the best roomie any girl could ever wish for-

good listener, great cook, funny story teller and super pal.
