take 7 minutes, 3 times.

need to work up a sweat?
get after it, then reward yourself with a smoothie.
my post sweat go to smoothie:
1 cup of frozen berries (blue, black, rasp)
handful of spinach
half cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
half a banana & a few fresh berries (if available)
1 scoop of protein powder
handful of ice
blend it & bam- you're gifting your body
rich nutrients & creating strong, lean muscle!
