rock/creek river gorge run.

for the 4th year in a row we ran the
rock/creek river gorge trail run in chattanooga, tn.

the trail was just as i remembered,
steep & hilly & uphill and
as always it was super muddy.

we stayed in super sweet old house.

this was our bathroom- this tub was gorgeous, although

this was all the action it got all weekend.

we woke up & hit the trail!

slim ran with his mom, carolyn.

my girl sarah & i ran together- it's so much

better/more fun running with a friend!

after the race we hung around town, 

hit up some shops & took in the chattanooga vibe.

we kept with our tradition of stuffing our faces

at the deliciously cool chatt-town pub, urban stack.

the whole crew post burgers & shakes.
