13.3

i completed 13.3 this morning at 6am.
the workout was:
150 wall balls 14#/20#
90 double unders
30 muscle ups.
this was a repeat workout from last year.
i could remember doing it last year and hating it,
not even able to get through the wall balls...
well, history repeated itself and i only got 124 reps.
i honestly tried my hardest & am trying to be proud of myself.
it was a different/quiet/low energy vibe with the 6am crew.
i love my 5pm crazies!
