as many of you know, i'm addicted to crossfit.
i love my gym, i love my workout mates & i love
how i feel after each crazy hard workout.
i often hear a lot of people talking trash about crossfit...
it's usually people who've never tried it,
or think it's a crazy meatheady workout.
i just read this great article by erin joy henry and
i think it's a really good inside look at crossfit.
every gym is different, you might have to try a few to find
one that's perfect for you. luckily, i scored on my first try!
