yoga+crossfit.

currently, i am loving both crossfit & yoga.
(with a splash of mountain biking & hiking here-and-there)
i find strength gaining, adventure, challenge & fun in crossfit.
in yoga i find lengthening, mindfulness, peace & difficulty.  
i found this great guide in using yoga to benefit
your crossfit workouts, which in return
will definitely help your yoga practice.
