murph.

i spent the morning of memorial day
at my gym doing this ridic workout called murph.
it's a memorial workout for a fallen soldier.
the workout consists of:
(rx is wearing a 20lb weight vest, i did not)
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
i completed it in just under 53 minutes.
after the 1st 1 mile run 
i broke it up in 20 sets of 
5 pull ups, 10 push up, 15 squats.
it's thursday & i'm just now able to begin to
move my arms without pain.
no pain, no gain right?
