a lot of people are reading 50 shades of grey.
our tuesday wod was the filthy 50.
i think there's something equally as filthy about both.
the filthy 50 consists of
50 reps of each movement:
box jumps
jumping pull ups
kettlebell swings
walking lunges
knees to elbows
push press
back extensions
wall ball shots
burpees
double unders.
the dirty dream team.
yours truly struggling through double unders..
one at a time. one at a time.
ripped open a blister on the knees to elbows. ouch.
