cindy.

we're doing benchmark workouts on saturdays at cfsq.
this past weekend we did cindy.
cindy is: *AMRAP for 20 minutes of....
*as many rounds as possible
5 pull-ups.
10 push-ups.
15 squats.
it was rough....
but fun!

    Let's see, in the last 20 minutes I did AMRAP of:
    Checking emails
    Talking to coworkers
    Walking to the mailroom (for cardio)

    Seriously though- what a workout you did. You are so strong!!

      he's done cindy a few times- she's one of the easier gals.
