yoga for wednesday

do yoga.

i love yoga.

i am lucky enough to do lunch time yoga

with a swell group of women at my office.

every monday at noon we gather and have the most amazing yoga sessions.

there's nothing better than the feeling of opening your eyes

after the last deep breath from savasana

and feeling so at peace and ready to take on the rest of the day.

yoga is good for the mind, body and soul.

take a yoga class asap.
